TERMS OF SERVICE・☆・GENERAL
✧ — Artworks will be done in my style as it is shown in example artworks.✧ — I retain the right to decline any commission request sent for any reason.PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
✧ — Payment is UPFRONT. Payment plans are accepted for higher priced pieces!✧ — Payment is non-refundable once confirmed and work on the commissioned artwork has begun. However, If I cannot complete the commission, I will issue a refund and inform you of the situation ASAP!REVISIONS
✧ — The base sketch will be sent to you for approval before lineart has begun, please keep large modification requests (such as new pose) at this stage!✧ — After the artwork is complete, I am willing to do up to 3 small revisions per piece without extra cost. If you wish for more, or more drastic changes to the piece, it may incur an extra fee. This can be discussed on a case-by-case basis!✧ — I am unwilling to completely re-do a piece from scratch should you be unsatisfied with the completed artwork.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧ — Please inform me of any deadline that must be met for the completed artwork to be sent to you. A rush-order deadline (less than 2 weeks from date of payment) may incur a fee ranging from +$20-$50 depending on details.✧ — Delivery time is dependent on my current workload at any given time. In general, ETA typically ranges from 2-5 weeks, but could take longer depending on my workload at the time and the level of detail. In the case of longer-than-usual delivery times I will offer frequent status updates!USE
✧ — You are free to use and publish the commissioned artworks(s) for any non-profit use you would like, such as on your social media pages, use in videos, printing on merchandise for your own non-profit personal use (including as prizes or giveaways!), etc.✧ — If you would like commercial work (i.e. merchandise design, album covers, game assets, etc.) please contact me and we can discuss your ideas on a case-by-case basis!✧ — Use of artwork for training generative AI models is PROHIBITED.
